Japan women’s team win an international tournament: BICENNTENIAL WOMAN’S CUP 2010

The Japan Women’s national team, who have qualified for the East Asian Women’s Football Championships 2010 Finals Competition, took part in the BICENNTENIAL WOMAN’S CUP 2010 held from January 13th in Chile.

Korea Rep. women’s team find it tough going versus the USA

The Korea Rep. Women’s team, who have qualified for the East Asian Women’s Football Championships 2010 Finals Competition wrapped up their tour of the USA. They played matches versus the U-23 USA Women’s team and the USA Women’s national team finishing with a record of 1 win, 1 draw versus the U-23 and 2 losses versus national team.

FW MORIMOTO Takayuki scores for the first time in 4 months: This Week’s EA European Group

Of the East Asian Football Federation players in Europe, this week’s stand out was Serie A (Italian first division) club CATANIA’s Japan national team FW MORIMOTO Takayuki who came on as a substitute in the 74th minute versus PARMA.

Korea Rep. beat Latvia thanks to KIM Jae Sung’s first goal: International friendly match

Korea Rep., who have qualified for the East Asian Football Championships 2010 Finals Competition played an international friendly match versus Latvia on the 22nd in Malaga, Spain and won 1-0 thanks to MF KIM Jae Sung’s decisive goal.

China PR Women’s team finish their Spanish campaign with a record of 2 wins, 1 draw, 1 loss

The China PR women’s national team, who have qualified for the East Asian Women’s Football Championships 2010 Finals Competition wrapped up their 6 day campaign in Spain with a record of 2 wins, 1 draw, 1 loss in 4 matches.

Korea Rep. beat Finland to win their first international A class match of 2010

The Korea Rep. national team, who have qualified for the East Asian Football Championships 2010 Finals Competition played an international friendly match versus Finland in Malaga, Spain on the 18th and won 2-0.

Chinese Taipei draw with the Philippines: International Friendly Match

On the 16th Chinese Taipei played an international friendly versus the Philippines in Kaohsiung which they drew 0-0.

KI Sung Yueng makes his Scottish debut: This week’s EA European group

Of the EAFF players in Europe it was Scottish Premier League side CELTIC’s Korea Rep. national team MF KI Sung Yueng who made the headlines by getting his league debut on the 16th versus FALKIRK.

China PR beat Vietnam away from home

China PR, who have already qualified for next month’s East Asian Football Championships 2010 Finals Competition played their final Group D AFC Asian Cup Qualifier on the 17th versus Vietnam.

China PR Women’s team beats Norway: International friendly match

Having already qualified for the East Asian Women’s Football Championships 2010 Finals Competition the China PR Women’s national team left for a tour to Spain and on the 13th played an international friendly match versus Norway.

East Asian Football Championships 2010 Finals Competition, East Asian Women’s Football Championships 2010 Finals Competition press conference held

A press conference was held on the 12th at JFA House in Tokyo (Japan) ahead of the East Asian Football Championships 2010 Finals Competition and East Asian Women’s Football Championships 2010 Finals Competition which will start on February 6th in Tokyo (Japan) at the national stadium and Ajinomoto Stadium.

On the 6th China PR played their 5th Group D AFC Asian Cup 2011 Qatar Qualifying match versus group leader Syria.

Japan national team FW HIRAYAMA Sota scores a hat trick on debut to beat Yemen: AFC Asian Cup Qualifiers

On the 6th Japan played Yemen in their 5th Group A match in the AFC Asian Cup 2011 Qatar Qualifiers and debutant FW HIRAYAMA Sota (right in picture) scored a hat trick to secure a come from behind 3-2 win.

DPR Korea are champions: International Friendly Tournament

From December 27th until January 2nd a friendly international tournament was held in Doha, Qatar between Qatar, Iran, Mali and DPR Korea with DPR Korea finishing as champions.

GAMBA OSAKA win back to back titles: Emperor’s Cup All Japan Championships

On January 1st in Tokyo’s National Stadium the final of the Emperor’s Cup All Japan Football Championships was played with GAMBA OSAKA winning back to back titles.

China PR draws with Jordan: International Friendly Match

On December 30th China PR played an international friendly match versus Jordan in Zhejiang and drew 2-2.
