How to Apply and Collect Media Accreditation
The journalists accreditation badge pick-up details are as below:
“Please show your passport or your ID number in your application form when you pick up your accreditation”

To Media from East Asian Region
1. Contact the football association of your country/region with presentation of your media ID and obtain the ID and password to log into the AD application page in the EAFF website
2. Download and fill in the application form
3. Submit the form with your digital photo attached to the same football association by email no later than 8 January 2008
4. Bring your valid identification (e.g. passport, ID card) with you to the media reception desk in the lobby of the media hotel in Chongqing for collecting your accreditation card
To Media from Other Countries
1. Contact EAFF with presentation of your media ID and obtain the ID and password to log into the AD application page in the EAFF website
2. Download and fill in the application form
3. Submit the form with your digital photo attached to EAFF Secretariat by email no later than 9 January 2008 (Email to: niizawa@jfa.or.jp)
4. Bring your valid identification (e.g. passport, ID card) with you to the reception desk in the lobby of the media hotel in Chongqing for collecting your accreditation card
Please note:
1. Non-rights television/radio crews may not apply for accreditation
2. Please ask us if you wish to collect your AD at the media hotel in Yongchuan
