Competition System



1.

The Competition will feature eight (8) teams, where four teams are divided into two (2) groups of four (4) teams, Group A and Group B, based on the FIFA/Coca-Cola Men’s World Ranking dated 17 October 2025.

2.

Each Participating Team shall play one (1) Match against each of the other Participating Teams within its group in accordance with the Match Schedule.

3.

The ranking in each group shall be determined in descending order as follows:
3.1 Higher number of points obtained in all group matches. Three (3) points for a win, one (1) point for a draw and none for a defeat.
3.2 if two (2) or more participating Teams are equal on points, the following criteria are applied to determine the ranking (in descending order):

Head-to-Head Criteria
3.1.1 higher number of points obtained in the group matches played among the participating teams in question;
3.1.2 superior goal difference from the group matches played among the participating teams in question;
3.1.3 higher number of goals scored in the group matches played among the participating teams in question;

Tiebreaker
3.1.4. if, after having applied the Head-to-Head criteria, two (2) or more participating teams still have an equal ranking, the Head-to-Head criteria shall be reapplied exclusively to the matches between the participating teams in question to determine their final rankings. If this procedure does not lead to a decision, the following criteria shall apply;

Group Result Criteria
3.1.5 superior goal difference from all group matches played;
3.1.6 higher number of goals scored from all group matches played;
3.1.7 Kick from the penalty mark if only the two (2) participating teams still have equal ranking and have played their last group Match against each other;
3.1.8 the lower score calculated according to the number of yellow and red cards received in all matches (cf. Appendix 4);
3.1.9 the draw of lots.

4.

There will be no outstanding winner in this Competition.

Duration of matches



Each match shall last seventy (70) minutes, comprising two periods of thirty-five (35) minutes, with an interval of ten (10) minutes from the whistle ending the first period to the whistle starting the second period.

Substitution



1.

Number of substitutions permitted during a Match is unlimited.

2.

A team will be allowed to have a total of four (4) substitution timings within a match. Three (3) times within the first and second half of the match and during half time.
