England: Son’s appearance fails to galvanise Spurs
Korea Republic international and Tottenham Hotspur captain Son Heung-min came on in the 58th minute in their 2-0 loss to Crystal Palace, who brought in Japan international Daichi Kamada in the 61st minute. The derby was Spur’s 20th defeat in the English Premier League this season, a record for the club.
Kamada also played 87 minutes in Palace’s earlier 1-1 draw with Nottingham Forest.
Japan international Kaoru Mitoma came off the bench in the 80th minute in Brighton’s 2-0 win over Wolves, a result which leaves them in ninth place in the Premier League. .....
