Amman: Jordan clinched their spot at the AFC U23 Asian Cup™ Saudi Arabia 2026 after defeating Turkmenistan 2-1 in their Qualifiers Group A match on Tuesday.

The win sees Jordan top Group A with nine points to keep their impeccable record of reaching every Finals since the tournament began in 2013.

Meanwhile, Bhutan came from behind to defeat Chinese Taipei 3-1 in the other tie to end their campaign on a high.

With only pride to play for after both suffered defeats in their first two matches, Chinese Taipei had the better start with Chang Ssu-Yu and Lin Chen producing early efforts which were slightly off target. .....
