The East Asian Football Federation (EAFF) held its 80th Executive Committee Meeting in Cheonan, Korea Republic on 3 December 2025.

The matters discussed and approved were as follows.

(1) The minutes from the 79th EAFF Executive Committee Meeting, held on 15 July 2025 in Suwon, Korea Republic was approved.

(2) 2026 EAFF Competition Calendar to have the following competitions organised in 2026 was approved.
　• U15 Women’s Championship 2026
　• U15 Championship 2026
　• EAFF Women’s E-1 Football Championship 2028 Preliminary Competition

(3) Revised budget for 2025 was approved.

(4) Budget for 2026 was approved.

(5) EAFF Service Level Guidelines were approved.

(6) The plan to convene the 14th EAFF Ordinary Congress in Korea Republic on 4 April 2026 was approved.

(7) Replacement of Standing Committee Chairperson / Member for the EAFF Competition Committee was approved.

(8) Preparation status of the EAFF U15 Championship 2025 in Zhangzhou, China PR was reported.

(9) The application plan for 2026 AFC Enhance Programme was reported.
