The matters discussed and approved were as follows;
(1) The minutes from the 13th EAFF Ordinary Congress held on 30 March 2025 in Tokyo, Japan was approved.
(2) Mr. CHUNG Mong Gyu (Korea Republic) was elected as the EAFF President for the remaining term until 2026 by acclamation.
(3) Mr. MIYAMOTO Tsuneyasu (Japan) was elected as EAFF Vice President for the remaining term until 2026 by acclamation.
(4) Ms. TAI Hsia-Ling (Chinese Taipei) was elected as EAFF Executive Committee member for the remaining term until 2026 by acclamation.
